FAQ [Events & Birthday Parties]

How it works:

1. Getting Started:
Simply send me a message via Whatsapp (6762 6345) or fill out my contact form with your event/ party date, time, and location to confirm my availability!

2. Secure your spot:
After confirming your date and time, a $300 HKD non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.​

3. Event day:
I will arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time to get set up, take a few photos of you and your family before the guests arrive, and help you with anything you might need!

During the event, I will photograph everything from the decor you put so much effort into putting together, to you and your guests, as well as lots of candid photos of everyone so you can look forward to seeing the moments you might have missed while you were busy being an incredible host!

4. Online gallery:
A few days after your event, you’ll receive a link to a private, password‑protected online gallery. You can share the link and password with friends and family, and download any images from the album!

Are there any additional costs?

If your event is in a location that is not easily reachable by public transport, a small transport cost will be added to your package cost. Send me a message to discuss!

How many photos will I receive?

For events and birthday parties, you get all the photos I take during your event (lightly curated to remove any photos where people have their eyes closed). For a two hour event, you'll generally receive around 100-200 photos, sometimes more!

What if something comes up and I need to reschedule?

As a mom myself, I totally get it! Sometimes, life happens and things just need to be rescheduled.

I will try my utmost to be as flexible as possible, simply send me a message to let me know as soon as you're able and I'll be happy to reschedule for you! I can also adjust the start times of your shoot as long as I don't have another booking that it clashes with.

If you decide to cancel your event, please note that while bookings can be rescheduled, the deposit is non-refundable.
